New Collective Complaint registered against Finland

The complaint was registered on 17 September 2018. It relates to Article 12§§1 and 3 (right to social security) and 13§1 (right to social and medical assistance) of the Revised European Social Charter.

The complainant organisation alleges that, by keeping the level of basic social security benefits and social assistance too low following the legislative changes introduced since 2015, Finland violates the aforementioned provisions of the Charter.
