Committee of Ministers' Resolution - Execution of the judgments of the ECHR:
These cases deal with the right to property (Article 1 of Protocol No. 1); the applicants complained of the impossibility of obtaining assistance from the police for non-enforcement of court orders to evict tenants. Considering the large number of violations found by the organs of the Convention since 1997 (140) and the number of cases concluded by amicable agreements (160), the Court of Ministers of the Council of Europe testifies to the existence a serious and persistent structural problem. The Council urged the Italian authorities to quickly put an end to violations of the Convention
